I look at the size of the living/kitchen space and I have to ask? Where would you put 6 bedrooms worth of people? There is sleeping space for 13 people! You'd have to leave the house just to change your mind. But hey, if I were rich, stupid and in my 20's, this would make a great party place!

Small piece of advice - Tour the house. Write a script, read it, then write it again. DON"T rush through the home and don't talk up things not included with the sale. You shot this video like you were not supposed to be there. And remember the video isn't about YOU, it's about showcasing the Property and it's features. Your camera person should be focusing more on the features your speaking about, not you. But other than that, it is a beautiful house where you can actually see the justification for the price.
